Order & Payment
- Go through the wide range of products and select the one you like. Once you choose the product make sure to choose the correct size &color, you can check the size chart for reference.
- Then press “Add To Cart” button, a side popup will come on your screen then press “Checkout” button.
- You will be redirected to checkout page where you will need to fill your details. After filling your details press “Continue To Delivery”* button.
*Once you press this button your Jahazi account will be automatically created.
- Then Press “Continue To Payment” button after that choose the payment option which suits you best and place your order.
- Once you successfully place your order you will receive confirmation email with your order details and order ID.
- You will receive another email once your order is shipped from our end.
- First you need to login to your Jahazi account.
- Then head over to your dashboard which you will find in the menu section.
- Go to orders and there you find your order status.
- Yes we charge a flat fee of ₹50 for COD Orders.
- Press the “Cancel Order” button in the footer section.
- Then select the order you want to cancel.

- Wait for 5-10 mins and check if your account has been debited if not try again.

- If any amount is debited from your account even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 3-5 business days.

Shipping & Tracking
- No, you can not modify the shipping address because once you place your order we start processing your order.
- But wait, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped and place a new one.
- There are no cancelation charges
- Once you place your order it will take 3-5 business days for shipping and for delivery it will take another 3-5 days.
- Delivery may depends on shipping address and other factors such as weather condition in that area, holidays, etc..
- No, shipping is absolutely FREE, you can enjoy free shipping with us.
- Once your product is shipped out you will get an email with your tracking details in it.
- To track your order go to “Track Order” in the footer section and fill your tracking details and press the “Track” button.
- When your order is not delivered to you it will come back to us, then we will initiate a refund for the same.
- Yo can order that product again as we do not accept exchange.
Returns & Refund
- Customer can return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
- We may refuse returns if we found that product has been worn, washed or soiled.
- If you got a defective product you can send an email to us with the picture of the product at [email protected] then we will review the product and initiate a refund.
- Go to your dashboard and click on orders.
- Press the “Refund” button.
- Then select the product you wish to get refund for and select refund option.
- Write a valid reason for refund.
- Provide bank details so we can refund back to your account
- Press “Send Request” button.
- We will follow up as soon as possible.
- Once we receive the return request someone from our courier partner will come to your pickup address for pick up within 2-4 business days.
- At the moment we do not accept exchange. Instead you can return the order and place a new one.
- No, you will only receive what you have paid for the product.
- No, COD/Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Customized Order
- All you need to do is send us the design you wish to print on your T-shirt/Hoodie/Sweatshirt at [email protected] and make the required payment then we will ship your order once ready from our end.
- For Custom T-shirt: 699 (Including GST)
- For Custom Hoodie: 1149 (Including GST)
- For Custom Sweatshirt: 1149 (Including GST)
- No, customized product are non-refundable. But if the product is defective then you need to send the picture and we will refund for the same.
- 10 days refundable policy will apply here also.
Referral Program
- You need to refer it to 3 people when they sign up through your referral link you will get flat ₹50 in you Jahazi wallet which you can use for your future shopping.
- Their is no limit you can refer it to as many people as you want and get your referral income.
- Go To Your Dashboard and select My wallet.
- Press the “Referral” button and copy your referral link.
- Send this referral link to people.
- When they sign up through this link you will get your referral income in your Jahazi wallet.
